The Big Ocho

Woo-Hoo! Much better times on the scale this morning than last week! Through plenty of exercise, eating better and a strict potty regimen, I lost eight pounds! Start date - 2/11/13 Start weight - 396 Weight last week - 385 Weight this week, March 25 - 377 Weight loss this week - 8 Weight loss since start - 19 Ultimate Goal - 225 I'll have to be good food-wise for the work-week, because this Friday night and Saturday morning Val's mom will have both the kiddies, so we are sure to go to a couple of our favorite restaurants and eat something very delicious and probably not low in calories or fat!
