Woo-Hoo! Much better times on the scale this morning than last week!
Through plenty of exercise, eating better and a strict potty regimen, I lost eight pounds!

I'll have to be good food-wise for the work-week, because this Friday night and Saturday morning Val's mom will have both the kiddies, so we are sure to go to a couple of our favorite restaurants and eat something very delicious and probably not low in calories or fat!
