On the down low

Down three more pounds this week, for 26 total since July 12. Val's down a couple of pounds, too, because we're not letting ourselves buy anything bad to lurk in the kitchen. So if we only cook healthy foods five days a week, and stay mostly good at restaurants on the weekends, it works out nicely. I stay diligent every meal now, though, none of that "weekend binging" at Outback or at family events. Every little pound counts when you've got 135 of them to go!
And as Dad pointed out last week, I've lost more than a Cooper now!
